Refund Policy


At Sankofa Korner, we want to delight you with the highest quality and delicious products.  If you are not 100% happy, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your product. 

Please provide us a picture of the juices you received and what is wrong with the order (i.e. missing juice, wrong items, damage).

Please note that because of the perishable nature of the juice, we must receive return requests within 48 hours of receipt of product in order to process.

If you are not happy with the taste of your juice, we will be happy to provide an alternate flavor on your first order of that juice.  Future orders can not be replaced for flavor.

Cancellations: Cancellation requests for shipment orders placed need to be submitted to Customer within 4 hours after order was placed.  Because we ship orders overnight,  if an order is processed we will not be able to cancel the order.


PLEASE note that we must receive photo evidence for any damage items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
