Thank you for visiting and shopping with us at Sankofa Korner Juicery. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

We make our juice custom order for you!  As such, you get to choose the date of delivery up to 30 days out.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

In order to get the juices to you fresh and cold, we ship our orders FEDEX to try to get to you within 2 days.  

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We must receive an order prior to 12 Noon CST in order to process for the following day.  Although we do our best to ship day after order, please allow 2-4 days processing time.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 Please enter your address at checkout to see availability of shipment for PO Boxes or APO/FPO.   If you have an issue please contact us and will do our best to accommodate you with another shipping carrier!

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 Customs, Duties and Taxes

Sankofa Korner is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 Damages

Sankofa Korner is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  See our Refund Policy for more information.

 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy 

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. .
